Definition:

Business to Business, or B2B, describes the relationship of various companies. Unlike this, the concept B2C (business to customer) illustrates the relationship of a company to individuals or customers. Meanwhile, the term Business to Business is also used to refer to communication relationships between companies, especially when, within business processes, electronic means of communication are employed.
